Teacher’s instructions
Get students to add horns, wings, antennae, legs, claws, stings, spots etc to design their own insects, then maybe write the description underneath. I got them to make it with different coloured card to get more interactional language out of it. This meant blowing the previous page up to A3 on the photocopier.
