Put one counter each (e.g. a coin and an eraser) at the bottom of the ladder on the START square. Ask your partner “Do you like…?” questions to go up the ladder step by step. You can’t jump two steps. If you get an answer which isn’t the next step up, you fall all the way to the bottom of the ladder (START), and play passes to the next person. However, you can use the same questions again when you try to climb up again if you can remember them (as you are not allowed to write them down). The winner is the first person to get all the way to the top in one go, or the person who has got highest up the ladder during the game when the teacher stops you.
