Read through all the questions above and ask about any which you don’t understand, don’t know how to answer, etc, working together to answer the questions each time.
Do the same in exam style, with one examiner asking questions to two or three candidates. Mix up who is asked the question first, sometimes just throw out questions for anyone to answer, and mix up asking the same or a different question to the next person.
