Instructions for teachers
Photocopy and cut up a selection of suitable words from the packs given and/ or make your own cards on the blanks given. The cards given progress in difficulty from false beginner to about Intermediate. Then photocopy one drawing and writing sheet per group or per student.
Photocopy and cut up one set per group of three to six students. Students make a description using as many words from the pack as they can, plus any extra words they like, then draw that thing on the worksheets given. If you want to play for points, they get one point for each card that they use.
When they are finished, they could describe pictures from other groups, then compare what they said with what is written below.
