Hint: There is always one mistake in each (a) sentence and one mistake in each (b) sentence, so make sure you haven’t only corrected one of the two sentences.
Check as a class.
Test each other on the language:
- read out a wrong version and a correct version (in either order) and see if your partner can repeat back the right version
- read out a wrong sentence for your partner to correct (if possible with no extra help)
- read out a correct sentence with one word missing for your partner to complete
- read out a correct sentence and see if your partner can put it into a whole email
