Variations on Suggestopedia

Suggestopedia is one of those old, old humanistic teaching techniques that for some reason still make up the majority of Delta Experimental Lessons. You’d think for it to be experimental you’d at least be using the latest variations on Suggestopedia, but as far as I’m aware there has never been any such thing – until now!

As an occasional teacher of Very Young Learners and father of a Very Energetic Young Child, I’ve always been rather puzzled by the idea that suggesting is the best way to get people to learn. I therefore humbly propose the following variations:

Bullyopedia

Begopedia

Barkopedia

Threatopedia

Emotionalblackmailopedia

Countdownfromfiveopedia

Naughtystepopedia

Longlistwiththethingyouwantthemtodttheendopedia

Sulkopedia
