That’s according to the ratings agency Moody’s, so you can feel pretty confident that even if you teach as long and lose your cert as many times as I have, you’ll be able to get another copy from Cambridge and so get that extra seventy quid a month (as in my first job in Japan) or maybe even more!

There have been examples of individual schools who offer their ownTEFL certificates shutting up shop and so making copies of certs etc impossible, but I’m not aware of that happening with any larger organisations yet (however dodgy they are in terms of marketing etc). Still worth taking financial stability into account, though.
