The first self-published Business English book for teachers?

So its author, the very well-known and well-respected BE author Paul Emmerson, claims for the photocopiable book Management Lessons. Interestingly, he’s also chosen to only sell it off his own site, here. I haven’t seen it yet, but the minute I finish this blog post I’ll email him to ask for a freebie review copy for TEFL.net reviews…
