I hadn’t thought about this use of crowdfunding until regular TEFLtastic interviewee Jason West sent me a link to his campaign:

It’s all about getting the word out, but if a teacher ever sues EF or Berlitz, for example, I’m sure there would be people who had worked for those organisations who’d be only too happy to contribute a few dollars to sueing them.
